Generally, after purchasing something, it is not refundable. Please make a note of the point that you will get the purchase amount refunded only if we are responsible for the reason behind returning it. We are not at all liable to accept the return and provide the refund to you otherwise. After we receive the item, we will begin our process of refunding the amount which will be received by you within 3 working days. The amount will be directly credited back to your bank account. Besides this, if the customer has paid twice for any product, we refund one payment to the same source within 7-10 working days.
On receiving a faulty product you can either return it and get the refund or else you can choose to replace it.

We will reply you with an acknowledgement within 2-3 working days. If for some reason we are not able to provide you the same product, we will definitely provide you the related options to choose from. The chosen item will be shipped with no extra charge. If you are unable to make your choice from the related options within 7 working days of receiving our email then we will begin our refund procedure. Please note that you are going to get back the exact purchase amount in your account.
After the payment is done, we begin our delivery process. It hardly takes a couple of days to take the item to your doorstep. We ensure that the order is delivered to you safely within the promised timeline of delivering the product. If you want to cancel the order due to any reason, you may do so by calling us or mailing us within 2 days of placing the order. Before shipping the amount will be refunded to the same source within a time period of 7-10 working days.

The products with stone works are taken extra care while delivering as a little carelessness can smash up the entire beauty of the product and can be returned back by the customer. However, a minor or negligible difference may occur in the shade selected. The reason behind this is the reflection of different shades of color under different weather or climatic conditions when the photographs are taken.
